aurent acts solely as a marketplace and payment intermediary, connecting Hosts and Guests to facilitate the licensed use of properties.
aurent does not provide property management services nor assume responsibility for property conditions, repairs, or agreements between Hosts and Guests.
Its role is limited to enabling payment collections and communication between the parties, through the platform.
The Host, as the licensor of the property listed on aurent’s platform, assumes the primary responsibility for managing and maintaining the licensed space under the license agreement.
The Host’s role includes Licensing Authority, Building Structure, Maintenance and Compliance, Property Management and Guest Interaction.
The Guest, as the licensee of a space within a property managed by a Host and listed on aurent’s platform, for temporary use purposes, is responsible for maintaining and cleaning the licensed space according to the terms outlined in their agreement with the Host, following the present Terms of Service.
This includes ensuring timely license payments, complying with property maintenance requirements, and upholding the community standards and rules outlined by the Host.

Guests must keep private and shared areas clean and in good condition.
Guests must maintain the licensed property, including furniture, appliances, and equipment, in the same condition as received, except for normal wear and tear.
House Rules support respectful co-living and may be enforced by aurent, serious breaches can lead to penalties or termination.

Keep your room and common areas clean; leave kitchen and bathrooms clean after each use. Ventilate regularly to prevent odors and mold.
Take care of furniture, appliances, and shared spaces. Do not move or modify furniture without authorization.
Maintain a peaceful environment; respect others and their belongings. No parties, smoking, or drugs. Quiet hours: Sun–Fri 9:00 PM–8:00 AM, Sat 10:00 PM–9:00 AM.
Label your food and never take what isn’t yours. Leave surfaces and appliances free of grease and residue after cooking.
Dispose of trash properly; separate recycling when required. Bins must not overflow, and no garbage outside bins.
Visitors are allowed, but if they stay more than one night per week, they must register as Guests.
Rooms do not have locks and no safe is provided. Keep valuables secure and do not change or add locks.
Allow access for inspections (general checks, host visits, safety checks, pest control, etc.). You may be asked to vacate the property during inspections.
Fines may apply for noise, dirt, unregistered guests, damages, or lost keys. Serious breaches can lead to eviction.
